So I started asking God for change.
On top of that, I didn’t hate my job, but I also didn’t love the lifestyle. I had no flexibility with my work schedule, worked a lot of hours, saw co-workers bringing their kids to the office on the weekends to catch up on emails, and didn’t love that path for me when I thought of us having kids one day.
Working a corporate job, living overseas for my husband’s career, $40k student loan debt to my name filled with a lot of questions around what my purpose was & if I was truly utilizing the gifts God had given me to impact others.
Just a few years ago, I was a newlywed...
Hi, I'm Courtney
4 months before this moment, I received a random direct message on Instagram from a woman I was following asking me if I would ever consider partnering with a health + fitness company to support women in their health journeys…it sounded too good to be true, not to mention I was planning a wedding and a move all internationally. So I said no ;p
Until I saw her on a Tuesday while I was at work. She was posting about enjoying the beach with her kids and talking about how her job gave her the financial & time flexibility to do that.
Hearing about her job this time hit different.
I was searching for something now, I was craving change now. And my season of life had settled down.
I immediately realized everything I was praying and looking for was exactly what she was offering! So I asked if we could hop on a zoom call. 1 hour of talking later and I signed up on my birthday to start this “faith + fitness” business. The rest as they say was history.

But God has a way of surprising us.
I started having conversations with my husband Josh about all the things I loved, and what I would do in a perfect, dream world.
I'll never forget the day I looked up at him as we snuggled up on the couch and said:
“If I could do anything? I would want to get paid to get/stay in shape and encourage others for God’s kingdom.”
A chuckle followed as I turned back to the show we were watching because in my head, that job just didn’t exist for women like me with no experience, not much money to invest, and limited time.
A dream to a reality
In my first month, I paid myself back for the cost of the enrollment package so my new business was now in the green.
In my second month, I covered our groceries with my extra coach income so my new business was now profitable.
In my third month, I made over $500 that month and hit a HUGE goal I had = cover my student loan payment with my coach business.
I didn’t trust what I could see, I chose to trust God with this open door and lean into the experience, training and support of my new coach mentor who had already built what I wanted to build.
I started my online business pre-motherhood, and pre trying to conceive with zero social media experience, no big audience, and no idea if I would even be good at this.
Now, I built a substantial income, live with time flexibility between work & family life and I get to pay that forward by helping women just as hard-working & serious about God’s calling on their life step into this & do it successfully alongside me!
My mission when you select me as your BODi coach mentor and join my team of BODi partners/coaches is to help you identify God’s mission for you in using your gifts/talents for His Glory through this health + wellness business opportunity!
Just a heart for ministry mentoring Christian women through health & fitness and a vision for financial flexibility so I could raise my babies from home.
